Her passion is the car industry and it shows - she doesn’t mess around with cars that have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high quality, solid cars at a good price. I have to say thanks to Mike and Jessie at Parkway Ford in Lexington.I wasn't even thinking about buying a car actually I went in the get my recalls fixed on my SUV.We we're looking at a mustang 2019 I feel in love with it so Mike & Jessie Put me in the mustang and trade my SUV in they cut me a deal.Guys this was so great both of them were amazing no trouble at all everything was done in a short time and picked it up.These two guys are so nice and they really try to help me.They are not pushy like most.

I had contacted them via email and advised them of the vehicle I was interested in. Securing an appointment was quick , when I arrived the vehicle was out front and available for my inspection. The sales associate (Henry) I worked with was very professional and listened to my questions. The Used Car Manager worked with me on the trade evaluation. As a sales person myself I had to haggle with the Sales Manager over the price and trade in value. Though I didn’t get what I had wanted for my trade, (what a shocker!) I do believe their offer was fair. They even bumped up my allowance when I came up with some additional money down. Overall even though vehicles are over priced these days, I do think I was treated with respect and courtesy and professionalism. I hope my vehicle lasts a long time, but when the time comes to look again, Parkway if Lexington will be my first stop.

Parkway has done all the service work on my truck since I bought it.

I recently had an issue where my heat went out, my headlights wouldn't turn off while the car was on, and my SRS lights was illuminated. I was so stressed out because past vehicles have been a nightmare to service and I didn't know what to expect for my 2013 Ford Focus that I've only had since April but thankfully, I had the Parkway of Lexington service team- TJ, McKenzie, Samantha, and Cindy. You literally took a weight off my shoulders with this experience, walking me through what to expect during the whole process of diagnosing my issue. The issue went away on its own but now I know who I can trust when I need to service my vehicle in the future. This vehicle is my first Ford ever but after this experience? You've got a customer for life, Parkway Ford of Lexington.

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Yukon Denali. We were happy with everything about purchasing vehicle. Sales manager Jeff was great and salesperson Justin was very helpful. The only problem with purchase was my husband took vehicle back next day for clean up. Now to give you some history I worked at Dealership when it was Plaza Ford and when named Parkway we would have NEVER let a vehicle go out with windows not cleaned,3rd seat not cleaned from previous owners children. Very very disappointed my husband had to clean vehicle up after bringing home. Other than that wonderful experience.

Ford dealership is awesome, have amazing people not pushy they treat you good, I have children and they are wild at times lol and Ford dealership has a play area that my children love!! Would recommend them any day at any time!! Maurice is a awesome salesman's he's took care of us!! Looking forward to doing more business with such a wonderful dealership!! If you need a car SUV etc this is the place you wanna be!! Would give a 10 star if it let me!! Trust and believe they will take good care of you and helping you find the best vehicle!!😁

I would highly recommend this dealership. Recently I bought a car from them and had a wonderful experience. From the time I first contacted the sales person to the time they delivered my car to my home, everything went smoothly. They are very honest, knowledgeable and kind people. The best thing I liked about them is that they are not pushy. They let you make your own decisions.
